Seeking exCellenCe through a ChriSt-Centered eduCation

“When it came time for us to decide on a school for our younger children, there wasn’t even a question. We both knew that our kids would attend Seton as soon as they were old enough. The teachers go above and beyond to help in any way they can and encourage their students. Because we live in such a small community, we run into them at different times and places, and each time they call the kids by name and recognize them even years after they have had them as students. The classes are faith based and we have seen our children grow in their love of their faith and love for God. The amount of knowledge that our children have gained in their time there is amazing. Their reading, and math skills are more advanced than we ever expected. They come home from school talking about all the things they have learned throughout the day, and sing songs and play games that they also learned at school. The friendships they have gained have also rekindled old friendship for us and created new ones with other Seton families! It is such a welcoming community, and we are truly blessed to have the opportunity to send our children to school there.

Why Send Your Child to Seton Catholic School?

The Goal of Catholic education at Seton Catholic School is the fulfillment of the educational ministry of the Catholic Church and has as its primary objective the on-going formation and the development of each individual’s God-given gifts.

A WORD

From Our Principal

It is with great joy and a humble heart that I write this first greeting to you.  I am honored with the trust and responsibility of leading the Seton Catholic community in our shared mission and hope of providing a Christ-centered education to our students in the 2023-2024 school year.

“Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire.”  St. Therese’s ‘Little Way’ is an antidote to our modern struggles just as it was for her world.  I can’t think of anything I want more for my children than for them to be fully alive in Christ, and I am certain you feel the same way.  It is evident to me that Seton Catholic is a community that helps students to grow in faith, character, and knowledge. With God’s grace and the loving support of your vibrant community, we will continue the tradition of educating the whole child, building the church and world leaders of tomorrow.

I am excited to get to know each and every one of you, and to work together to continue building our students by nurturing and challenging them in mind, body, and spirit, the whole student.  May God continue to bless Seton Catholic School’s efforts, and guide us in all that we do.

– Clayton Ellsworth
