The Seton Board of Education is excited to announce Mr. Eric Meyer has been selected as principal of Seton Catholic School for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year.  A graduate of Wahlert Catholic High School, Clarke University and Viterbo University, Catholic education has been an integral part of Mr. Meyer’s experience.

Currently, Mr. Meyer is a Math and Computer Science teacher in the Dubuque Community School District, where he serves on the attendance team taskforce.  Previously, Mr. Meyer was a Math and Computer Science teacher at Cuba City High School and a substitute teacher throughout Holy Family Catholic Schools and the Dubuque Community School District.  He is a member of the State of Iowa Computer Science Leadership Team.

Mr. Meyer lives in Menominee, Ill. with his wife Clara, daughter Maryjean and dog Wrigley.  During his free time, he likes to spend time with his family, cook, watch the Chicago Cubs and play euchre.  Mr. Meyer is a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus and he and his family are active members of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Sinsinawa, WI.

We believe Mr. Meyer has the leadership, the knowledge of and passion for Catholicism, Catholic education and technology that will greatly benefit the students of Seton Catholic School.  We look forward to the future of our school under the leadership of Mr. Meyer.
