My name is Jerica Schockemoehl and I teach Preschool at Seton Catholic School.

  • Graduate of Clarke University with Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education.
  • 3 and 4 year old preschool teacher at Seton Catholic School since 2007; previously worked at NICC Child Development Center with children 6 weeks through school age and taught in a Shared Visions classroom with at-risk 4 year olds.
  • Iowa teaching license; Reading and Pre-K/K Classroom endorsements.

Teaching Philosophy

All young children should have the opportunity to come to school.  The teacher should provide a classroom that exemplifies the unconditional love that Christ has for all of us.  An environment built upon this love, will provide them the best opportunity to grow both socially and academically.
